Kevin Brown, LMFT #40221

I'm Kevin Brown, LMFT #40221 — a trauma-informed therapist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, addictive behaviors, narcissistic traits, and relational betrayal. Since 2003, I have maintained a private practice in Northern California.

I'm passionate about helping people live fully in the present, free from self-limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and patterns that keep them stuck. Healing happens in relationship — not in isolation, and not through an algorithm. I offer a deeply human, attuned presence that creates real, lasting change.

My approach integrates EMDR, Brainspotting, ART, EFT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and Gottman Method principles — always tailored to your specific history, goals, and nervous system. I also offer Marriage Intensives for couples who need more than regular sessions can provide.

My goal is always to work myself out of a job — equipping you with insight and tools that bring more peace and joy than you are presently feeling. I think of myself as a hope dispenser.
