Heal and strengthen your family system

Families are systems — and systems can change
Family therapy views problems not as residing in one “identified patient” but as emerging from patterns within the whole family system. When one person is struggling, the whole family is usually affected — and the whole family can be part of the solution.
I work with families facing a wide range of challenges: parent-child conflict, blended family difficulties, estrangement, the impact of a family member's mental health or addiction, and navigating major life transitions as a unit.
I also offer co-parenting sessions for families navigating separation and divorce — including court-mandated co-parenting work. Sessions may involve all family members, sub-groups, or a combination, depending on what is most therapeutically useful at each stage.
Parent-child conflict

Blended families

Estrangement & repair
Work through long-standing fractures and begin the process of reconnection.
Mental health impact
Support for families affected by a loved one's depression, anxiety, or addiction.
Co-parenting
Structured support for co-parents after separation, including court-mandated sessions.
